Ingredients
- 1 ea butternut squash, peeled, 1/2-inch cubes
- salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- Vacuum pack the squash with the remaining ingredients.
- Sous-vide the package at 194 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Plate and serve.
